  The project vaguely reminds me of PostSecret[1]. I found the PostSecret book in a common area while I was in college. I had never heard of PostSecret beforehand. I read through, and for some reason was compelled to anonymously inscribe it with my own "secret." I left the book, now containing my deepest darkest fear, for someone else to discover. At the time I was struggling emotionally and this process was incredibly cathartic. I felt lighter by an order of magnitude. I learned a lot that day about the power of getting things off my chest and cutting myself slack.
