Can you replace the drive? I dislike the newer Macbooks because nothing can be upgraded. If I can throw a 512GB SSD in this thing, I'd honestly sell my Retina Macbook Pro and replace it with the Chromebook.

They are way too late with this. I imagine that most people who experienced this failure have gotten their device repaired out of pocket or moved on to a different laptop. I got mine repaired by some dude on eBay and it only worked for abou

I find the comments on Hacker News specifically to often be quite intelligent and respectful. Can't say the same for most sites. I don't like the idea of merely disabling comments -- there has to be some kind of thoughtful middle-

I haven't heard anything regarding his alleged hit since he was originally arrested. It's also not one of the formal charges brought against him, which is odd because it's significantly more damning than running a marketplace

I thought this might be some kind of gyroscopic unicycle or something along those lines. But it really just seems like a glorified tricycle. Also I contend that the people in the video look like dorks on them. But to each his own.

There's an argument for ADHD being over-diagnosed, but your sentiment trivializes the issues that can prevent people like me from attaining a better quality of life. I was about 23 by the time I got treated for ADHD. I often wonder how

I initially loved my Paperwhite, but I was turned off by the lack of epub support. Whatever their rationale is, I object to not supporting an open format in principle. I have no trouble buying books from their store; 4 out of 5 times they

Most mental "disorders" seem to be just co-occurring negative symptoms aggregated by experts in a matter that is not arbitrary but also far from objective. The reason why e.g. anxiety and depression are typically comorbid might be

I don't think there's any simple answer to this. On the most abstract level: it seems to come down to various related problems feeding into each other. People of color continue to be economically and socially disadvantaged, which

Slightly off topic: could you please increase the font size on your site? It's actually below 12pt. The blockquotes are more readable than the body of the post.

What I don't understand is society's strong aversion to the notion of suicide. Simply stating that I want to opt out of the bullshit I have to endure by being alive on this rock can get me locked up, and has in the past. Which act
