I'll preface this with I'm not american, and I'm from a country that historically doesn't have a problem with racism against the minorities these policies affect. These policies always seem a bit ridiculous to me. I'

Annoyingly I don't think this is working with NI, I tried starts with Bally (which there's a lot of in NI, ballymena, ballymacash, ballycastle etc) and I only got a couple in Scottland

My old secondary school took the A level physics students to Geneva while it was shutdown, honestly the tour of the place is great. The Antimatter Factory (yep its a building full of horrifically complicated machines with ANTIMATTER FACTORY

I liked Discord's solution of chosen name + short identifier, although I might have changed 4 numbers to 5 base64 digits, because no matter what the username, over a billion people trying to use the same name is unlikely, and 5 base64

What domestic flights even are there? The only ones I'm aware of are Belfast to assorted cities in England.

You say they check passports between Dublin and GB, but I'm a Northern Irish guy who took the car over the ferry from Belfast to Stranraer then back from Holyhead to Dublin, I didn't even think about bringing my passport with me.

That'd have the problem of tools like grep returning nothing, having an exit code of 1, but being a perfectly valid thing to suggest in the future.

Pedantic but thats GB, not the UK. NI's highway code is slightly different and didn't introduce that.

I disagree. I think electric cars are fundamentally different. If 50 people want to fill up a petrol car, they go to a petrol station with 10 pumps and they're all out in 15m because filling doesn't take long at all. You can proba

I as an example have 2 passports, and my name is first middle1 middle2 last. One of my passports has my name like that, the other is first middle1 last, so even between passports its not the same, as one of them drops one of my middle names

I thought VW lied about emissions not miles to the gallon, and the numbers I've said are what my dashboard shows for avg consumption when I'm driving, they ain't the testing numbers (which do tend to be ridiculously high)

My 1200 petrol car is so quiet you can't actually hear the engine from within the car, and there's no sound damping under the bonnet (no top engine cover, no padding on the bonnet itself despite the mounting there for it), so petr

Is 24mpg really correct? I'm in Europe driving a small hatchback and I'd typically get around 45-50mpg (UK, I know American mpg is lower, but it wouldn't be halving the figure!). Depending on how I drive, that can be up to ab

Chubbyemu videos often have it, and James Hoffman once used it to provide an audio channel with slurping sounds (he's a coffee channel, that's not as dodgy as it sounds) and one without.

I thought V1 was the decision speed, where you must takeoff unless the plane is literally incapable of leaving the ground. Technically I think the takeoff speed is VRotate, where the plane is rotated and actually starts to leave the ground.

Introduce a stupid 45mph speed limit on drivers for 1 year after they've passed their test in NI. That means I could be on a motorway or big A road where people are going 70+mph, and be supposed to do 45mph. Of course I don't do t
