This is what happens when you ignore basic science and say vaccines that have worked for decades don't work, and then convince 25% of the USA into believing that it's the politically correct stance to take on the topic.

Since that is a state thing, it can never happen and is likely outside the power of Congress to enforce, especially with our current activist federal supreme court.

I don't think this will happen in our lifetimes. It's like not moving the day hour ahead/behind twice a year. A wholly stupid idea that will likely never be fixed on the federal level because of inertia.

I think that's what has to happen here. Things will be priced in such a way that the final price is a multiple of 5. That's a pretty easy thing for an inventory pricing system can figure out. We already do it for fractions of a pe

Well I'm guessing that's about to change isn't it? unless you always pay by card, and I don't think that is the intent of this law. I assume they will always just round up and make citizens suck it up, because laws gener

The big reason is less government traceability and surveillance. People like cash, we don't need everything to be digital and easily controlled. The fact that China does it doesn't really give me a lot of confidence that it's

I don't want people using cards more, as I don't want a cashless society. Government knows enough about it, why make it easier? I'm find with getting rid of pennies and nickles though, we can do that.

I'm just imagining them having 4 or 5 250K a year security workers pumping out endless bug reports for one guy in Norway who works on ffmpeg at night and weekends for free because he loves open source and demanding him meet their progr

What in GPL3 or MIT mandates that Google fix this bug and submit a PR or simply sends a bug report and walks away? I don't see how this applies at all.

I have about 100x as much sympathy for an open source project getting time to fix a security bug than I do a multibillion dollar company with nearly infinite resources essentially blackmailing a small team of developers like this. They coul

The US can't force intel to put back doors in products, but in China you can't refuse to do the same. It really just boils down to that. It is very possible for China to force a Chinese owned company to put in backdoors in hardwar

your documents will only help you in court. ICE does not care at all, and they do not care about due process or your constitutional rights. Just hope they don't ship you off to South Sudan before your relatives can get your citizenship

Yeah this prickles my hackles too. It took a fairly high dosage of zepbound and many months for me to get to a normal set of eating habits after a couple of decades of bad, but a prediabetes scare surprise on my labs pushed me into the prog

I haven't had to touch statins to get my lipids profile much better. I used zepbound to lose about 50lbs and then weaned myself off that. I was a little afraid my “completely normal after 8 months of weight loss” blood panel status at

nanohydroxyapatite helps a lot with sensitive teeth, you can even find some brands that also have fluoride in it if you're worried about the nonfluroide versions

If you have sensitive teeth both nHAP and novamin toothpastes help a lot there. I've tried both. nHAP is easier to get in the USA, there are several brands, for some reason some go nuts over the imported ones from Japan.
