Couldn't help but laugh at this as well: >> "Yet Apple has never been good at working with other companies. If it knew how to do that, it would be Microsoft Corp."

It's not so much just "adding" that person to their team so much. In the medical community, there's very much the idea of keeping your credibility stable. You don't want to be the Chief Medical Officer of a product

I'm a designer and developer - love the idea of both WebFlow and Macaw are up to. I can see how this can be a huge time saver for me on the front-end - even if just another level of high-fidelity mockups (vs. production). I find it rea

01:24 UTC Bitbucket is experiencing an issue affecting all users. We're working to determine the cause and fix asap. Thought from the post title the Atlassian guys were taking the night off - definitely does not seem to be the case.

I've had a 4 char account for years - never did it because they were inherently secure though. They're an American company with an American hosting provider. Only pro accounts use the encrypted email feature set. Here's Lavab

I had to mention this just because we're talking about ads etc... Facebook iOS install ads - ridiculously good conversions on installs, and then active users. Better than any other ad platform that I've tested with.

Bigcos aren't the only ones who would be turned off by this post - I do due diligence daily on new employees at a small dev shop, we work startup hours and get dirty when it comes to the work we do (I do mindless crap daily that feels like

It's unprofessional because in the real-world you're OFTEN (of not most of the time) tasked with tasks that you believe are below your skill-set (or non-world changing as the author put it). The reward for the hard work is usually being ele

God dammit. On my Apps accounts it's still try or convert. Thinking it's probably a good time to switch. Good thing it's a long weekend - going to backup and migrate a couple of my smaller domains over to Outlook...

A WEEK! Think about it, there are two of you working on two maybe three pages. So you're telling me that you need more than 100 hours (because of course, it's a start up, and we're on "salary" - so yeah, overtime) to build TWO PAGES! My opi

I'd prefer using Disconnect and Adblock - I usually allow the ads on sites I read daily - at least they receive the impressions, even if I don't click on them. Facebook and Twitter buttons on the other hand - sorry guys, you stay blocked.

"Source: LinkedIn" ... There's a reason why Kara Swisher of AllThingsD is so critical about the tech blog reporting scene's way of "breaking" stories at all costs - even if they're factually untrue.

Most project budgets for SMEs and startups are guestimated by a business development team, therefore underfunded. You'd be VERY lucky as a firm to be communicating with a technical, who has an actual idea about scope and the time it takes t

Make sure you also look at the 5V/2A adapter below if you don't already have one ($9 - not terrible). The unit doesn't power via micro-usb.

It is a terrible front-page ( minus marks for also having a apology / hostile article as the first bit of copy vs. copy of what the company actually does) --(double minus marks for writing it in copy that's barley legible because of color).

I'm not the biggest fan of the Pinterest type layout that Instacart currently has. I'd definitely prefer this. Only change I'd discuss with Kyro is the addition of dividers in the gutters between the rows [or shelves].
