To be fair, I'm assuming that the percentage of terrible developers is constant, it's just that A: You're hiring more of them, and B: More people are being terrible web developers rather then terrible desktop application developers.

Sorry, but claiming to reject "Objectionable" material that they classify themselves opened them up to a "political" issue. While I find this app sad, I don't have any issue with it being there... Except when compared to some of the apps th

That shits me SO much, because of how any similar "Women are incompetent" jokes are vilified. Is it blanket OK or blanket not OK? You can't argue that it's OK for one sex to insult another, but not the reverse, it just doesn't work that w

Exactly. Doing nothing because "It won't help" is tacit acceptance. Only by slowly wearing away at the behavior can you change it, but you still need to try.

Unfortunately many people DO care. They care to push you back down. No-one likes the deep guilt of watching someone make something better of themselves, and some people reconcile that by trying to make you fail.

You can only do this once you've got enough people with sufficient of both. Having a company full of people with "Can-Do" attitude who can't do will lead to one of two things: A: They all get frustrated and leave B: Your technical compan
