I was processing 55 year old paper files, most of them severely degraded, with its predecessor model. I was very impressed! I also tried Abbyy Finereader but it didn't even come close in my experience.

The system is just so nice. Memory footprint is very low, there are like a hand full of processes running, almost no magical stuff happening. Additionally to the handbook, the man pages are also way more informative than the Linux pendants.

Check out Aruba Instant On, they seem to be trying to jump the bandwagon with the single-pane-of-glass-management and target small businesses. Also Ruckus Unleashed seems to be similar and Juniper MIST.
