Any evidence to support this? A downward facing arm tends to be more internally rotated due to the weight on it, which is definitely a more prone position.

I just meant the 20% and 40% as an illustration how increased wealth can make others lose out if productivity doesn't increase proportionally, I wouldn't read too much into it. Starting/growing a company is the obvious invest

I'm a huge fan of the navigation bar on the bottom. I've missed it since I had to give up Windows Phone. It's hard to believe that neither Apple or Google ever added the option. I can't think of a single reason it would

When a company pays back interest to a bank, the interest isn't magically removed from the money supply. So the bank also has $10k more profits, with which it pays its employees more, who can then buy more widgets from the company etc.
