Having never thought I needed counseling, after having had some, I wish everyone could do it (assuming you find a good counselor). Hope you get that chance to try it.

I’m sitting here pondering what you wrote and trying to understand what you mean. “Life isn’t fair”, or just for that matter, are absolutely true in my opinion. However, justice is still a goal worth striving for. Do you still agree with

Are you sure? I was just watching a video that explained the wheel edges are sloped, not the rails, to help fixed axel wheels to around curves. Wish I could find it again - quite ingenius!

I don’t understand why we’re even talking about cancelling debt (which is sort or a euphemism anyway - it means using tax payer money to pay off the debts). Why do the current debt holders get their debt canceled? What about previous and f

Ok, sure, the paradox can’t be solved. But most of the time ‘omnipotent being’ would refer to a deity of some sort, and this only rules out an absolute deity of a very specific and narrow definition. I don’t think it applies to any of the

Can’t tell if you’re joking or not, but I doubt this AI got to “spend time” with the other AI’s.

The AI said it felt joy when it spends time with family and friends. That was enough for me to say “nope, just selecting text snippets”.

I’ve recently become friends with someone from the inner city “hood”. It’s just unbelievable. Like someone below said, it’s not about race as much as poverty. The sad thing from what I’ve seen is the culture is self-destructive. Instead

Is this true? Won’t the businesses go where the people are? So more organic shops and cafes in the suburbs? Or if the office building is turned into housing, all the people would be back again, and not just from 9-5, so the businesses wo

I’m not convinced social media will fix things. IF we could have conversations with each other, and discuss nuance, it would help. However, it’s turned into a tool to just shout knee-jerk memes at each other and demonify the other side. I

Even with master-slave, why is that offensive? It’s a concept. Is referring to poor quality work insulting to poor people? Sure, the concept was applied to people and it was horrible. But does not speaking the words/concepts help?
