Yup. I'm in disbelief after seeing that number. Digital government IDs of any kind are something that no government on Earth can securely provide. We're all too immature and stunted with software design still.

Justice were seen as the heirs to follow in Daft Punk's footsteps after their debut. They kinda lost it after that though, IMO.

It works well if your act allows you to get away with it (fellow Frenchman Danger also has a headpiece). I don't think anyone really knows any of the members of Ghost aside from the main guy.

Because men and women aren't as equal as everyone likes to think. And here's the best part: that's OK! It's OK to admit that men are better at some things than women, and vice versa. There's a reason why the men w

That all may be true, but that's unfortunately the state of the market. If you want to keep developers, you need to be cognizant of this fact and adjust accordingly. "Today, architecture feels more like technology shopping than t

I think being able to prove that a program can be correct is getting close to P=NP territory.

One thing that sets software apart from other engineering disciplines is that they are grounded in physics (bits running on a semiconductor doesn't matter for this discussion) and have been around (in some form) for thousands of years.

People just can't let something from 21 years ago go, can they? The band's done a complete 180 on everything regarding digital distribution, and it's been this way for years (I'm sure owning their masters and own label h

Obama accomplished next to nothing of note in his 8 years. ACA, while a start, largely doesn't change anything about how the healthcare industry operates. He accomplished nothing with regards to our failing infrastructure. The alphabet

A year ago, Greenwald was a hero here. Now, everyone downvotes any mention of him because he reported a story across party lines. Truly pathetic. I fucking hate HN sometimes.
