The people who will most likely want to boot you up are people related to you. i.e. your descendants. I would personally love to boot up all my ancestors, going as far back as I could reasonably afford. China has a long tradition of "f

Oh man this is a great idea. I can't count the number of times I've spent an hour in a meeting diagraming stuff on a whiteboard and then taken a picture of the whiteboard on the way out. This would be super useful for documenting

I don’t disagree, but there are also plenty of articles on many news sites which are simultaneously trying to distance Kamala from Biden.

Well a simple (cynical) take is that the current administration is no longer up for re-election, they’ve been replaced by a new candidate and so now it’s okay to blame the current administration.

I don't know what gutting the supreme court actually means, but this is incentive for Congress to work together and actually write laws instead of shunting this responsibility to agencies whos rules change every 4 years.

If SF just relaxed zoning laws people would actually be allowed to build more housing. That is the only way SF will ever be able to address the root problem of affordable housing. Things like this are a bandaid that will have minimal impact

I would love to use something like this to make a video game. Are there any examples or algorithms that can turn this into 3D objects that could be used in a video game? Any examples of someone doing that?

I agree with you, these satellites are providing the funding that is lowering access to space, which is what we need to put observatories in space and on the moon.

I'm just saying that the comment saying it's illegal to talk about this stuff in his country is entirely plausible, there are lots of examples of people being arrested and jailed for saying the wrong things about this situation.

There are plenty of examples of people being arrested for expressing anti-immigrant sentiments in the UK. Here’s one example but there are thousands of examples like this. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-137144

It probably is a bubble in the same way the Internet created a bubble in the 90’s. A lot of hype based on the promise of the technology, and when it didn’t expand and pay out quickly enough the bubble “burst”. But over the following few dec
