Personally I just want to watch the game and I tend to enjoy a 15 minute cast from Husky a lot more than a 60 minute analysis from Day9. It's just a personal preference, Day9 is very good at what he does but usually I just want to enjoy the

If you can automate it then by definition it's not a CAPTCHA

We have these in our office building too. They're fine but our building management has them cleaned twice a day, otherwise they stink up the place.

The trillion dollar pricetag might be accurate but it won't happen while it's still cheaper to mine those same minerals here on earth. I mean even if you get the asteroid you still have to mine it and refine it, you can't just ship it to ea

So what would be an example of a situation that cannot be dealt with under current laws?

ISPs are already required to honor all court orders.

Yea that's a good question. What kind of event ARE we really talking about here? Do you have an example of something that might require this kind of response?

I'd rather we wait for this to actually occur before introducing new laws.

If there's a legit reason to do this, can't Obama just ask the top tier ISPs to implement such a filter? Do we really need legislation to this effect?

Any kind of attack can already be filtered by the top tier ISPs around the country, and if it's really serious they'll unplug anything Obama asks them to. I just don't see how any kind of mass internet attacks can be a real threat to the US

Google Checkout specifically forbids this practice - according to their terms you have to ship within 24 hours of charging the client. I'm sorry to say but OP clearly breached their terms here.
