I liked: Türkisch für Anfänger, Dark, Kleo, ans Stromberg. Unfortunately I’d say IMHO if you’re accustomed to US series you won’t find a lot of German ones that stand up to the production values and acting quality. Dark is a notable excepti

Came here to say the same thing. This is not a paper on mathematical artificial intelligence, at last as I understand it, not in the way Goertzel or Hutter write about it. I was actually thinking this would be something like Hutter's u

This made me wonder if inflation is enough to account for price increases. For instance, it could be the case - I don't know since I'm not an acquainted with the field/data - that the costs of important goods such as homes, c

Thanks! That blog post was an interesting read, age adjusted mortality rates was something that hadn't occurred to me as someone unfamiliar with this type of data.

One thing I would like to know, and I don’t know enough about mortality measures so maybe someone who does could chip in, would be essentially what is the probability of observing a year like 2020 with respect to all cause mortality. Is it

Agreed. Its fantastic we have any such place. However, having had conversations with friends and family outside of Germany, they usually hear the costs and then imagine the system in the USA or their home country just with much lower costs.
