Even before reading the article, my first thought was 'need to expand the range of the vehicle'. Yes, advances in battery technology means even the lowest-common-denominator consumer will get better battery life without having to

Except they didn't install whatever software they want. They said they can install software to check metrics and more. Which is what this is.

I'm in a similar boat. I met my wife on a website with a mutual game interest, and we started chatting on AIM. Come to find out she's not too far from where I lived and I started visiting her once a month. Now we're married.

A fair caveat here is a lot of this will depend upon what field you're buying from. A lot of what you've said is true. There are plenty of others where a "luxury" name carries far more weight with regards to reliability

Yes, this is something well known. Chat platforms have long since been used as botnet infrastructures. IRC is/was a big one for a long time because it's very lightweight and the protocol is well known (with a little know-how you c

Exactly, that's all this is -- planning. Consider the world of information security, which I'm involved in. What's the best way for blue team (defenders) to protect their assets? Look at what the red team (attackers) are doi

Yes, because Adblock Plus works. It's what I've always used. A lot of the wailing and gnashing over "zomg they can be bought!!!1one" was just misinformed users whining about discovering the "allow some non-intrusive

They did make a Hexen 2 though. It's not bad. Uses a different engine so you can't throw the WAD into something like Doomsday or jDoom.

What are some things to be aware of when switching? I'm a 3T owner and I'm done with the OS (still love the hardware). Hesitant to simply flash new firmware onto it without knowing what I'm getting into.

Not quite true. Currently it requires physical access with a JTAG debugger. Presumably eventually it could be weaponized enough to allow access with any sort of USB device, and potentially remotely, but the latter is very unlikely.

Honestly, a lot of the CS/delivery issues are somewhat dependent upon the consumer market that the company targets. Some communities are very word-of-mouth and reputation based. One of the ones I'm involved in is the firearm commu
