I always wish in these articles they would single out the top 1% of the 1% - It definitely shows more of the issue since most doctors would be in the top 1%. When you say "1/100,000th of the population has xx% of the wealth"

I think the point is, there current business model of catering to low end clientele is NOT working. They need to reinvent themselves and this is what I feel has the most legs of keeping them alive. The margin for high end goods is much more
