I doubt i'll ever book with United again. I had a flight with United the exact same day as this incident for business but I assure you they've already lost at least $800 from me in future flights as a result of this... bullshit.

Couldn't agree more. A law requiring the airline to keep doubling the offer for volunteers every x minutes until y number take it will solve this problem 100% of the time.

Thinking I might be lactose intolerant I tried some lactose free milk some time ago. It was the best tasting and the longest lasting Milk I ever bought. Ever since, I tend to buy exclusively lactose free because of that.

Haven't read the ruling, but from the Bloomberg story it seems the 9th circuit seemed to argue from a position of political idealism and not from the law. Maybe it's just buried in the decision but the Executive has long enjoyed

Yes, the way it was communicated was pretty terrible. The Trump admin was contradicting each other which I think fueled 90% of this outrage.
