That is understating the situation quite a bit. Volume is so non-existent that basically any attempt at exiting at all would crater the price.

The only reason it works at all is that it is small and barely used by anyone at all. Scaling Lightning is an unsolved problem. It relies on finding solution to problems people have tried to solve for decades with no success.

For Lightning to work at scale, we need solutions for problems that nobody on earth has solved yet, nor have any idea how to solve. Sure, it kind of sort of works for small network sizes. It will die a fiery death the second it attempts to

And they are all an absolute shitshow. Nano especially is complete and utter garbage that barely holds together under the minimal usage of its tiny user base.

It doesn't even scale to millions of users. And basically every project that tries to claim different is just ignoring the problem and trying to pump their own price. Everything in cryptocurrencies is a scam.

Unfortunately, Bitcoin as designed is technically incapable of being in widespread use for payment, due to a severe lack of network capacity, and a complete lack of interest in ever changing this. Instead, all effort is going into a buildin

This is just a phrasing of a sentence in a mail. It does not define either what reasons they are allowed to ban you for, nor does it define what reasons they will use to ban you. They are allowed to ban you for literally any reason. What ma

I do know just that for apps I ship. I will never in a million year ship anything on, for instance, node.js, for exactly this reason.

They can ban you for absolutely any reason whatsoever. They can ban you for using the number "4" in your code. They don't, though. And we trust them not to, because it is not reasonable behaviour and it would absolutely not m

Readable and understandable diffs is not a property of text files. It is very easy to design tools and formats that use text files, yet do not give you diffs that are readable or understandable. Readability and understandability depend on m

Try that again, but try the suggestion of not using latin characters any longer in favour of, say, the highly logical Korean Hangul writing system. Still as keen on the idea?

It is part of the Swift project, but it is not really part of the Apple development ecosystem. It might at some point be, but it is not now, and it is a small side project. And it is not, in general, used when developing for the ecosystem.

The only two examples he gives for this "a lot" is a completely new framework that was released about a month ago, and a tool that is, honestly, still in development and not part of normal development workflows for Apple platforms

When it comes to Unix, history and the present are one and the same. We have been locked into the same model, the same OS, for decades now. Unix is being developed through small, incremental changes on top of a base that is massively out of
