Public perception may start to change now that retail has opened up (of the 'pro' people at least) but I have heard a lot of complaints. Even OCS has acknowledged massive supply issues following the rollout ( https://www

I don't smoke anymore so I mostly rely on second-hand accounts. I'm of the same mind though, anything the government does has bumps, it's still progress.

This doesn't echo public sentiment at all. Many are critical of the way implementation has happened, whether for or against (at least in Ontario, the most populous province and the one I base everything that follows on). Those who are

Why hold onto addresses you're not using? This is against the allocation requirements and lead to the IPv4 exhaustion we have now.

IFixIt, same place you saw the Fairphone teardown. Ebay is the best place to sell parts, yes. Prepare for some shrinkage as it's easy to scam new Ebay sellers.

In comparison, imagine the amount of effort and man-hours required to copy a similar amount of printed works distributed across the planet.

I doubt you're ready the original manuscript though. You're reading copies of copies, there is no reason why content on the Internet will not continue to be copied in the same way.

If I worked in the same office as you I would 100% play Jingle Cats when walking past. If I don't change my page sound frequently enough I start getting a weird Pavlovian response.

I never said I oppose limiters in cars. I have one in my vehicle I have not removed. > I'm trying to protect lives with very little impact to things that matter I don't see what you're doing to protect lives by commenting

I'm not pulling it from my ass. There are a lot of people who take their cars out on the track, I know quite a few that have. Just because it happens outside your bubble doesn't mean it doesn't happen. You're being unnec

What car do you have now? Unless it's a high-end vehicle it most likely has a limiter already.

Just buy a tuner and remove the limiter. If you're taking the car on the track you probably have a tuner already anyway. Limiters are nothing new.

(Spoilers ahead) If I recall correctly there was no actual war in the universe of Nineteen Eighty-Four, Oceania just pretented wars were going on to keep citizens in a constant state of fear.

Lots of desktop and mobile SIP clients are sold as phones despite having only ethernet or WiFi. You probably have one on your desk at work. If it can make phone calls, it's a phone. I think you mean 'cellphone.'

I hope I am not the only one who appreciates the irony of people posting statements in opposition of unproductive smartphone use from their own smartphone or PC into such a deeply nested comment thread that maybe 5 people will read it.
