Lots of people/companies own a trademark on X. It's a very common TM. I mean it is a single letter after all!

Right but a Turing computer assumes infinite storage space which is itself impossible. You cannot have infinite precision without infinite storage, and all real computers that we colloquially say are Turing complete have finite everything.

School for 6 year olds involves a lot of social recess time and playing with friends. 8 hours in total is not an unusual amount of time. But as far as instructional time goes, yes, it benefits older kids more.

Hell, start at 10am go to 6pm. That's still less than 8 hours of instruction considering there's lunch, gym/recess, etc.

I graduated UMD in 2007, and I remember some of the upper level theory courses (which I tended to concentrate on) being quite proof-heavy.

Like a referendum? I dunno, that often doesn't work so well (see California). Most of the time you'd rather have a republican system than a pure democracy.

You're forgetting about friction. A diffuse cloud is eventually going to become tighter and tighter as gravity draws it together and the individual orbiting particles within that cloud lose momentum from hitting each other.

These pharmacists have very real personal liability if they end up getting fingered as being a supplier of components used to make illegal drugs. That's why they look askance at this prescription.
