I can't speak to the PlayStation, but this claim doesn't really hold for the Switch. The Switch's OS "Horizon" borrows BSD's networking stack, but then again: which OS doesn't? [0] Nintendo has written the

It reminds me a lot of Big Sur, even on Windows. It looks okay, but the tab bar now takes up more vertical space for no apparent reason -- other than looks -- which I'm really not a fan of. It's just wasteful. But that seems to be

Cops cared about my stolen bicycle. They took my report, were very happy I brought a copy of the original invoice and a few weeks later I had mail informing me they had retrieved my bicycle and that I could pick it up. This was in Germany,

No disagreement there, the webcams in MacBooks and other laptops are bad. But they're not bad because they don't have enough pixels. They're bad because the lens isn't great, the sensor is too small (or simply a bad sens

You could make an argument that such a box constitutes a dongle, but I don't think it's in the same spirit. In case you didn't catch it: the ethernet port is placed on the power brick rather than directly on the device. I am

It could be, but that's something I want to provide myself. I need the ability to hook up arbitrary laptops, PCs, ... and I would just like to run less cables to my display. Having one cable for everything would be much more aesthetica

I really like the design, including the colors. I realize it's just a standard "slab of glass and metal" design -- and in the mobile space competitors have caught up -- but I've never seen a monitor that sleek, except ma

I see. I knew bandwidth there was more expensive, but I couldn't have fathomed how much more expensive. I am surprised that one would be willing to put up with that for software as simple as a blog, but obviously a lot of people are.

What kind of traffic cost is that? I just checked and I pay 1.19 EUR/TB after the first 20TB. The rate you mention is almost two orders of magnitude higher.

This is a very reasonable position on your part. Unfortunately there are many people who don't share the sentiment. I've personally had people bug me again and again via mail, IRC, and Twitter DMs over a relatively small project t

I use Neo2 [1] on a Moonlander. I find it works really well. Neo2's distinguishing feature is that there are built-in layers that contain special characters, such as those used for programming, control characters, including a numpad, P
