Void, Debian, Fedora, Gentoo, NixOS, Slackware, Guix System, Tiny Core, and Mageia are the independent distributions I know of that have 32-bit images. Also, most distributions support multilib; Ubuntu is actually the first I've heard

It's not just like those at all... did you think that I was saying that you can just compile things manually or something? You can define build options and such for a group of packages using Guix; there just isn't an abstraction l

As far as I know, it does not have USE flags, but you can customize the compilation however you want, adding build options, patches, etc. They also provide binaries for a good amount of packages if you don't want to build some from sou

I'm not sure I get what you mean. If you're talking about Daniel Micay, if I remember correctly, what happened was that the CEO basically betrayed him and kicked him out of the company. He's not part of it anymore, and is now

According to the email, it expands to $0, though. So as far as I can see, its only use is to set $0.

I have. It was a joy to use; fast, cohesive but familiar due to partial POSIX compatibility, inspiration from other operating systems and a GNU command-line environment, with object-oriented design and unique concepts. One of which is its p
