This is my experience as well. Just came back from RCCL last week. We bought the "Streaming" package for internet access ($100+ for 7 days). But we couldn't get any connection half of the time.

Very nice example of texture animation driven by css transitions. I'm a game dev. After Unity began to support css transitions, I found myself doing more and more flipbook stuff to really give existing UI elements that extra punch. A r

While we are on the topic of browser event handlers and "embracing how browser actually work", I can't help but mention that the builder.io website's top navbar cannot handle ctrl + clicking (for opening links in a new t

Murphy's law strikes again. Really appreciate the writeup. Making the best of the situation is a valuable lesson in itself. Hope you can get the stars back one way or another! =)

Yes, you are certainly not alone on that. The headline could be made better. Focus should be more on the composability and tooling side of things.

My point is that it doesn't matter, serving strings or rendering react comps. For folks who has to work with jsx + ssr for one reason or another, they will appreciate what deno's team has done here. And yeah sure, you can alway

Different use cases. You equate SSR to just serving strings. Others need to use jsx + SSR together (be it personal preference or hard requirement). Imperative vanilla code vs Declarative components. Both should have their place.

Now, add jsx and ssr to your example, deploy it, then compare with the deno version in terms of performance, code length, and dev time.

Pro gamers and TV critics are rolling their eyes. =D I feel like in this day and age, you can be successful at anything if you put in enough hours. Key is probably in being active and critical instead of being mindless.

The ducks we raised were even better tasting than from other local homesteads. I think the trick was in the amount of organic peas and red wrigglers we fed them.

We have opposite experiences with pork and poultry. The meat we get from local homesteads are noticeably way better than store bought. Maybe beef is a different story. I don't know... During 2020 summer, we raised 4 peking ducks in our
