At first I thought it was outrageous. Then I saw that it was test data and thought that this is totally something I would do for testing. If you've never left test data/code in a production application then you don't have m

This article is centered around AWS but there is a nice chunk near the end talking about the expansion of GitHub and Microsoft's role in that. GitHub Actions is really a step forward and is something that might threaten AWS, as well a

This looks really cool, not quite as functional as Bartender but definitely more affordable. However, I'm really looking for a way to hide app icons in the Dock and/or fast switch dialog. Things like my VPN connection or Anti-Vi

I actually wanted to be a garbage truck driver when I was little. I think it was the power to crush stuff that really stirred my imagination. The smell never really bothered me much and I figured that you would get used to it anyway. The

This would be exciting but I'm already having trouble managing subnets and this just makes it worse. If these new Local Zones support IPv6 then that makes it much easier to plan and support new networks.

With the smooth straight sides you could probably use large suction cups or magnets to attach rails or hooks. It would be nice to have hard-points for a more permanent fixture and one that wouldn't be so easy to steal.

Yes, the built-in 110v/220v power outlets and air compressor would go a long way when your on a remote build site. I can imagine it being very popular with "handyman" contractors you hire to fix your fence or repair a porch

AWS purchased Cloud9[0] a couple of years ago and is integrating it into many of their cloud offerings. It is now the default editor for Lambda functions, and while I don't use it extensively it seems to work OK. [0] https:/&#x2

I really liked the idea of Google+ Circles when they first came out. It allowed me to organize people I interacted with into a focused group; work, Linux, TF2, etc. If I wanted to talk about AWS, I could switch my brain into that mode and

One of the things I've always wondered about Tesla's Solar Roof is how is it to walk on? Do you have to be extra careful because it's glass? Is it more slippery? I get up on my roof several times a year (inspections, etc.)
