Honestly I've kinda given up on dating. My ex was doing sugar daddying and had other boyfriends behind my back. The world is too crazy for relationships right now. You have to hope you are lucky and found the one while you were still y

This, isnt the point of analog input that the input isnt binary on/off. Seems like mario 64 was ahead of time. The whole sprint button seems like workaround for bad analog sticks / wear with non hall effect controllers.

I used to write proto parser using ragel < https://www.colm.net/open-source/ragel/ > for work way back as well, it was surprisingly painless. Think this was way back when protobuf was transitioning to proto3.

Linux has had plan9 namespaces for long time which you can use from userspace as well. With this you can give a process isolated view of the filesystem, network etc .. Unfortunately not enabled on AWS lambda runner < https://gi

I can see something where nix is used for the immutable base, and then the user installs apps using flatpak or similar. Kinda like how fedora silver blue and other immutable distros work.

How I see is that the only thing that changes is that you can't do @importC anymore. You'll instead do something in build.zig that produces a module which you can then addImport("my-c-lib", generated_module); which you t

Pipewire unifies all the apis, and is fully backward compatible. It has own API too, but you don't have to use it. You can write app using any of the apis, alsa, pulse, jack, and pipewire can work with it. You only need pipewire api if

To be fair. Pulseaudio in early days exposed tons of audio driver bugs that were since then fixed. Bluetooth audio was barely working back then. Now bluetooth works so well that it makes other operating systems look bad.
