Just to note for anyone like me, Dark Reader appears to mess up the formatting of the article/website. You might need to disable it for the article to actually fill the screen and not be squeezed into a small column.

As someone who has dealt with Nvidia messing up resource transitions on AMD cards, I'm not sure how much I would trust a library made by them to also handle that. But besides that point, this seems to do the same stuff that other libra

I find projects like this really fun, but when it comes to being a game I am seeing a lot of problems. - renderer and physics aren't synced in any way, physics shouldn't be tied to frame rate, but running as 2 separate threads wit

I personally have complaints about bringing rust into the Linux kernel (not a maintainer or contributor so my opinion matters very little), however making changes to the kernel to make it safer or more robust should always be welcome. I

Good guess, but most games don't actually look for that. The closest I've seen is them saving off the final rendered image and checking for wrong information. I think Vindictus was one that did that (learned about that outside the

You're correct, most companies don't make their own anti-cheat. We have categorized the different anti-cheats and have ways around them where needed. But whether or not the game devs or some 3rd party makes the anti-cheats it stil
