In Japan this is what happens, there is effectively a one party rule which contains factions. Japans politics are terrible though.

I don't follow politics closely, and I noticed it's creeping up on here more and more, but from my shallow observations, it seems that Democrats are just rich people protection as Republicans, if not more? A lot of it seems to be

I think most people will just stop working. Everything will become dirt cheap. People will play with robots for things like space travel, habitat restoration etc, but it will be more like a passion job. There will be no more self important

Read “The Machine Stops” if you haven’t, it’s awesome. Wait till people are accused of “crime” and are cut off from the airship delivery service.

I never said they're self-sustainable though ,everyone jumped to that conclusion, I' m saying they have a surplus of "vegetables", they have other plots.

I’m not in the USA, so warranty on these alternate brands is a nightmare. My Lenovo is ok, but I don’t see it continuing forever. I’d say they’re riding on the fact they were part of IBM.

It’s a shame they we can’t buy better hardware for Linux. Lenovo seemed good but I’m not so sure the quality is there anymore. It makes me consider a Mac again but I just love Linux too much.
