I use an ad-blocker on Firefox but I think if Firefox started blocking adverts by default it could find itself in a dangerous situation. A lot of sites would feel justified blocking Firefox in that case, which would do more damage to the al

Off topic, but are you still playing Dreamcast HOTD 2? Did you keep a CR tube TV around for it? I still have a DC, HOTD2 and the lightguns, but they don't work with modern LCD TVs.

Maybe I'm easily pleased, but I quite liked Wandering Earth. It's extremely far fetched and a bit cheesy, but the story races along, there are loads of good set pieces, the characters are alright (watching with subtitles I think I

Not on the same scale but I had my Nexus 7 replaced twice due to failure while under warranty, then the 3rd time it failed shortly after the warranty ran out. They all failed the same way, just refused to charge any more.

An interesting take on this in Spain recently was that unpaid overtime was effectively "robbing from state taxes", because those extra hours should have been paid and so contribute to the government coffers. This resulted in a law

That's what I'd like to know too. Is this a first step to going proprietary-app-only? I hope not, and it probably doesn't mean that because at least with RSS the BBC still get some user metrics, such as location based on your

How does sleeping less make you fat? Eating more will make you fat, eating less will make you less fat. If you sleep less you have more time to eat more, but that still requires the eating to happen.
