Except that it rarely, if ever, happens. It's a waste of money to sue companies who aren't a threat or can't pay you. Look at who gets sued: Google, Apple, HTC, Microsoft. Look at who doesn't: Y Combinator and TechStars companies.

If your users are moving their data over to another service, then a) it's their prerogative to do so, and b) maybe it says something about your service. No one has suggested otherwise, but you're under no requirement to help your competit
