I'd say you solve this the same way you solve principal agent problem for humans. If you have to absolutely restrict the agent, you do it prison style. Contain the AI within a capability box like Polykey. The agent operates everything

The US exports alot of virtual goods, that is like technological services. I reckon non-US countries should start tariffing all US based internet services as a reciprocal tariff if there's a trade imbalance between goods versus service

It's possible that the US acquires what it wants by simply conquering the producing countries by force. The US gets back it's industrial base by force.

So it's a natural progression. From agriculture (primary) to industrial (secondary) to services (tertiary). The AI revolution means services go the same way as industrial. Everybody goes to the 4th level.

Yes but this assumes human input is the golden goose. Maybe it is at the beginning just to bootstrap the process, and then runaway AI starts to recurse homeruns with its own original comments.
