There is no "civilized world". Not anymore. Trumpism settled that. There's the EU, and the rest of the world is failed states.

Real moral principle comes from giving the money you earned...back to Facebook? So that Facebook can be richer? Maybe think for five seconds before being an amateur moral philosopher in public, with other people's money, next time. You

You seem to be yet another person who needs to get a lot more acquainted with the definition of "censorship". Words have meanings. Comparing the mere promotion of some content over other content with "censorship" is grav

Um, what upgrade treadmill? This argument is so tiresome. Apple's products consistently last longer and hold their value much longer than the competition. That is the exact opposite of an "upgrade treadmill". I've used v

This would be more convincing if you were not, you know, just making it up out of whole cloth in a completely lazy and unsupported way. "Negligible security difference"? "Excuse"? Come back when you have a real argument

It's easy to view a lot of things in facile, inaccurate ways. Not very informative, but, certainly easy!

This sounds like someone who has never actually used a recent Apple trackpad and who is making things up. It's simply false that a large trackpad makes clicking harder. There's no physical hinge anymore.

A lot of people will pay very well for those machines. I hear that you think otherwise, but that's because you haven't actually bothered to check. I agree with you that the 2016-19 machines are inferior, though.

Some of this had been previously fixed but not noticed by some: keyboard was fixed on the last Intel MBP models. Headphone jack was never gone to begin with. RAM had already been boosted.

It's part of it. ProMotion helps, by increasing efficiency for screen redraws. A new display architecture helps, due to more power efficiency. More thickness means room for a larger battery. And M1 helps by being vastly more power-effi
