Breck This is a good point. I'm leaving Indy at some point -- but it is very hard to move from Indy (low cost of living) to SFC or any coast (high cost of living). Especially considering the (current) lack of jobs coming on the market these

I Would be down to do a HN meetup as well. I had no idea about the ruby meeting... which is awesome. I know at least 2-3 people which might come to either/both depending on timing/schedules. Anyone have a good idea for organizing this? Not

Interesting. Please dont take this the wrong way, but my opinion of Scott is that he is terribly smart, but cant find anything to focus on for more than a year. So he continually starts companies, raises money based on his name, and then fo

All of those things are burnout. I've seen it before. Not that this is helpful now -- but these things should have been decided when you guys started. Partnership agreements are important for this reason. I wouldnt have an arrangement with

What a crock of shit. Plus, who cares? Personally I'm getting a little tired of the excess of political stories here that seek to explain why something is in an unscientific, biased, and heavily left-leaning way. Plus its off-topic and irre

OK. So your point of differentiation is Analytics. Good. Would it be possible to still make the creation of new 'Cligs' more streamlined, with the option to sign up later to retrieve/view stats? Just a thought. API still important, if not c

Seriously? OK. I'm in. But I need 55% ownership and a 75k/yr Salary + benefits. Also, I prefer to do the business side, so I'll go ahead and file all the papers and then hire you as an employee (dont worry, you can still be silent, minority

In my case, this has just happened (about 8 months ago). I'll add some bullet points: - I'm still in good spirits and not destitute. - Out of the last 5 employees, the majority are still friends, including my partner in the venture. This se
