Problem is many view the entire popularity of black culture as a double edged sword. Black culture is becoming popular but not the people associated with the culture or more to the point. America wants the culture but not the black. Racism

As a brand new Rails developer/web developer altogether, I'm an outsider looking. But it feels to me the chants of "Rails is doomed" mirror that of "PHP is doomed". Yet as you state (and show in your links) PHP
