For me, I use R data.table a lot and I see as the main advantages are performance and the terse syntax. The terse syntax does come with a steep learning curve though.

No, that paragraph describes the duty of officers of the company to put the interests of the company before their own. It doesn’t claim that these officers need to behave unethically. You could even argue that displaying unethical behavior
