A living wage and convenient cabs don't need to be mutually exclusive. Also, the adversarial nonsense was more than just a lack of convenience. Some drivers are just not nice people and managed to get away with it.

In the same way as offering products below costs would be to drive out competition and become a monopolist. I'm not sure I think this is bad but I believe this is the argument.

I couldn't find a nice example of using TileDB together with data frames. From the documentation, I understand this is one of the uses of TileDB. Is someone aware of a performance oriented blog post about TileDB and data frames?

I think it indicates demand for a good open source SQL editor. (I myself am reasonably happy with DBeaver which also has a paid version I believe)

I don’t have an intuition for these concepts I’m afraid (I probably should watch the videos). What I don’t see for instance is how this relates to the fact that a matrix A with det(A) = 0 is not invertible.

I didn't know this and I now see I can block ads on Safari on iOS which is great. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for Firefox on iOS.

We can argue whether this is theoretically true but I haven’t met an employer here in the Netherlands that thinks this. Working from home some of or most of the time is fine but there needs to be face to face contact at least weekly.
