Sure, why not. Outsourcing to Romania is kinda like outsourcing to some of the more rural parts of the United States. Only they speak Romanian in this case and the price difference is far greater. But still, more or less the same. Now that

This is great. I've been wanting to play around with motion graphics for a while now but am kinda on the fence about learning process. This is much more aligned with my style.

Yeah, I'm so used to the pricing tiers used by Digital Ocean, Amazon, and Google Apps that I'm looking at this and going "Wait, the $995 a month tier isn't for enterprise?" Everyone else is almost in a sort of prici

Yeah, as a former farmer I'm a little bit skeptical. Last I checked the vast majority of farms out there aren't large operations, but incredibly small family-owned "hobby farms" or market gardens (what most of us would

Can't help but wonder if they stole this from some anxious college dropout who left their company to form their own compression startup. ;)

This is why I don't exactly hold Startup Weekend in high regard. I think it's a good idea, and I think the people who organize these things are (mostly) alright, but unfortunately they more often than not attract creeps looking f

Medium is pretty cool, I've actually intentionally visited a few times just to check it some stories on their front page. Still, there's far too much noise in a platform that hosts so much published content. Of course, I could &q

I like this. I tried Ionic, didn't like the complexity or the fact that one of the downsides of the "write once, run everywhere" approach is that my app looked too identical and didn't respect the design conventions of

Well now that means that Etsy is just a marketplace for people with quirky ideas and a number of knockoff competitors. I'm not entirely certain I like that.

I personally use an Oculus DK1 (it was the only thing available at the time) and play around with three.js + WebVR. You'd be surprised the fun you can have with WebGL. I can't show it off just yet unfortunately, but I made this w

Straight out of high school? Well, if they had the experience and portfolio for the job and won-out against the competition, sure. Just bear in mind, it's hard to shine when you're fresh out of high school. At the end of the day

To say that a professor is the best person to learn from isn't 100% true. I had a linear algebra professor who simply lectured by reading straight from the book and then occasionally drew the diagrams. Alas, he apparently was a valua
