My solution has been DDWRT on my router, acting as a print server with the printer plugged into it. It has worked great, and never have issues like I did before when the printer was plugged into the computer. It always just works.

Yeah, that is definitely not the US perspective on it. Here you have to pay to go to school, unless you are one of the lucky few who gets some sort of research grant, or teaching position. In which case you get to live on basically minimum

Very interesting. How are the roads weighted in this? Meaning is there any travel time involved? Or is it just length? It would be interesting to play with different weighting and see if it changes.

This actually seems very low to me. The archive at DigitalGlobe is over 80PB of data [1], and was growing at over 2PB a year [2] before the latest satellite went up. There are more bands in the imagery than RGB, so it is larger because of t

I put this on my machine last night, and quite enjoyed playing around with it. apt-get, python and everything I tried worked. Even vim works great, as long as you don't mind 16 colors. The one thing I could not figure out was getting 2

Thanks for that link. To me, 'supercharging' is the act of charging. And he specifically said supercharging, not supercharger hardware. So that is where the confusion came from.

Right, I am the same way. Not at all a morning person. I, don't want to get out of bed before 8, at the earliest no matter how much sleep I get. That is why having flexible work hours is important. Many of my co-workers have been at wo

What I have been wondering is, do later start times really help teenagers? I know when I was going to high school, if I was allowed to sleep in for an extra two hours, I would have stayed up two hours later at night. Meaning I got the exact

You may want to check if you need `contributors` to the OSM part of the Thunderforest ones as well. Not sure if the requirements are different there or not.

Very cool. Love the ability to create a simple map, and have so many different basemaps it works with. Will definitely be keeping an eye on it.

Does packet loss actually translate to unreachable hosts, or does me mean there is just going to be a slowdown due to having to send lost packets again?

Interesting concept. I think a lot of people will have issues getting past how strange it seems at first. What I am wondering though is, shouldn't they include at least a bit of personality stuff in there? If I were going to pay them t
