AzureML and its AutoML are not unaffordable. It's literally a free service. You only pay for any compute you may consume, and for that you only pay the bare VM price. But you don't have to, you can also use your local compute for

All I hear around here is Mendix. Experiences with it seem to be quite good. I think it's more low-code than no-code as you can write custom things with Java.

Excited for the new changes that kernel 5.12 and 5.13 bring. Especially NVidia+Wayland and the hotplugging of AMD GPUs. Let's hope NVidia will follow soon with this functionality (but I doubt it).

Would it not be possible for you to stream the data to a data lake and then take it from there to either do bulk inserts, or smooth out the inserts at a predictable rate to remove the peaks?

You can, but probably most people don't do this, as they see themselves as a subject-matter expert on every topic, based on their gut feeling.

Yup. All I ever found was freeloaders who don't put in nearly the same effort. Serious business people who will relentlessly try to get feedback, sell the product and make deals are pretty rare. But when you have one, it's worth g

Unrelated to this thread, but I always found 'optiver' such a weird name for a Dutch company. Sounds to me like "optiefer". "Optiefen" is a Dutch way of saying "fuck off".
