I’ve been hit by deer twice (and the same happened to my mom in my car). I’ve never hit a deer. Also, driving slower than other people is even more dangerous. Why would I slow down so I can use my low beams when I can just use my high beams

I get what you’re saying, but if you watch Stable Diffusion do each step it’s at least kind of similar. If you keep the same seed but change a detail, often the broad “strokes” are completely the same.

I had some friends have the cops called on them during college because they were laying out their (real looking) airsoft guns and gear out on their beds. They sent police in SWAT gear, but they still politely knocked. They were let in, saw

Reddit is a place where you get downvoted for linking something that proves what someone was saying is wrong just because it goes against the site’s overall narrative. Lies are encouraged if they’re the correct lies.

The lack of attention for iPad apps is infuriating. Instagram, for instance, uses the damned phone app. That’s insane. I get it for small time apps, but Meta is clearly big enough to give it the little amount of attention it needs.

As they should - the rules are nonsense. From the article: A US law required the FCC to issue rules "preventing digital discrimination of access based on income level, race, ethnicity, color, religion, or national origin," and gav

I didn't say they were mostly lazy idiots. I'd work less too, if I were able. There's just no need to put them on a pedestal.

I'm not so sure he'd be able to do that nowadays. My parents bought a 60 acre property on a truck driver and part time school bus driver's salary. There's no way my wife and I could afford the same property today, even

I wasn't sure what current prices were, which is why I said north of. I know back 10 years ago I saw some for about $10,000 an acre, but for all I know it wasn't great land for one reason or another. I've also heard my regi

This is going to sound mean, but do you actually know any farmers? At least in my area, they aren't exactly known to be geniuses. The ones that have built up their business by buying out other farms and have tons of acres and employee

I feel like OpenAI is really shooting themselves in the foot by not having some sort of trial of 4. The difference in quality of everything is huge and most people don’t know it.
