Huh? You can disable the PIN reminder in the settings if you want to. Or is that not available everywhere? It's working for me on Android and Windows. I've disabled it as I store my PIN in my password manager.

Something similar happened in Germany recently. A house worth millions was fraudulently sold like this. The original owners got it back luckily. German video about it: https://youtu.be/TolvzYzk64c

I think so too - notification categories are Android exclusive. I like that feature a lot, but it also depends a bit on the app developers that they use it correctly and don't just have 1 category for all notifications. Receiving notif

It's important that the websites are responsive so they look good on smaller screens, yes. I'll get back to your co-worker shortly with a more detailed response tailored to your website!

I agree, nobody likes fake or useless notifications. But luckily these days Android and iOS offer end-users the option to disable notifications. It's not a perfect solution though of course as you might not want to block all notificati

Disclosure: I operate a similar but commercial service at https://webtoapp.design Whether your webview app will get published in the app store depends on how "app-like" your PWA looks and if you get a strict app review

I rent mac minis because I need them to compile iOS apps. By renting them from a datacenter I get better uptime & internet speed & reliability than if I just set it up at home. That's why I pay a premium for it.

Thank you! Unfortunately I need to read the response (so extra thank you for pointing that out before), but maybe just posting will be enough for a future application :)

I wish there was a way to let me make POST requests on behalf of the user without dealing with CORS. Of course the request wouldn't include any user cookies etc to avoid the security issues. I just want to easily let my users make API

I'm a noob when it comes to devops, so you might not want to do it my way. I keep it super simple. I have a git repo where I directly commit into master. When I want to take the changes live I ssh onto my VPS, I git pull the changes an

I've managed to publish apps on the first try, but it's really rare. Most of the time I get 2 or 3 rejections and then an approval - just by continuously telling the app reviewers that the app does in fact comply with the guidelin

I used to have one on my contact page. In total I got 2 chats in the time I received 50+ emails. Totally not worth it, especially as for one chat I couldnt even reply before the user abandoned the page.

I always look at how the gender ratio is in high-ranking and low-ranking party members. Usually the ratio is quite similar, which is most likely optimal from a equality perspective I'd say.

Funnily enough, I just found out BT Info (or SuperBluetoothHack) still exists and you can run the old .jar with J2ME Loader on Android. Or you can use the new apk. But of course it only works on the old phones.

Yea, I wish lockdown was easier to access on Android. An alternative would be holding the power button for long enough to turn the phone off. Not great either though.

It's similar in Germany. Police may just take your finger and put it on the sensor. But you can't be forced to give out your password.
