I made some personal goals this month and have been tracking them. Willpower has helped me toward accomplishing some of these goals, but motivation has plays a much larger role. Perhaps motivation recharges the lost willpower.

I like how 37signals promotes a solid work life balance. They also do a really good job of telling stories.

This was my first ever hackathon so I didn't know what to expect. But, it was lots of fun working on Pollse and seeing the project come to life in such a short amount of time. Great job team!

I think it's pretty awesome that you wrote a book and are willing to share your stories and insights with everyone. I'm curious if you are a natural writer or if writing is something you really have to work at. What was the proces

If you are looking for feedback and ways to improve the product then a simple MVP would work. But, if you want people to sign up and use it, then I would suggest a more polished MVP.

The other day I went to github.com/trending and found some decent repositories to go through. You can filter by programming language with is really cool. Heck, You could build a site that helps people discover open source repositories

I would go small instead of targeting the masses. Figure out who would be your most passionate users and go after them. If you can get traction there, then target the next group of people.

I agree Dribbble favors visual designers. But, there are some really great UX people on there too. Follow the right people and you will get a nice blend of UX and Visual Design.
