I don't share your opinion. The multiplayer is so great that we still gather together every year and fly missions for a night. Balance of Power added great coop missions that needed team-play and sticking to your role. The most interes

So, put in you calendar: Both February 24th and December 25th usually see Ruby releases. Don't install on the 23rd or the 24th ;).

Ruby was first released in 1995, development started in 1993. So, both numbers are right. "Ruby's birthday" is traditionally the start of development. The most interesting info is: Ruby and Python are both not influenced by J

They wrote a whole new Basecamp. There is no migration path from Basecamp Classic to current and the feature set is not necessarily the same.

Firefox and Firefox OS are very different things. Also, considering that desktop programs are usually optimized for speed and not for memory consumption, I don't see the issue with 176MB?

Eastereggs are a simple way of getting sympathy (for the less geeky ones like 'tilt') and geek cred (for the geeky ones just like this). Probably, some engineer just built if for relaxation (or training with the code), so the cost

"All else being equal, why would I hire someone that works 40 hour weeks when there are a ton of other people willing to work 60?" A good one is that this person has no clue of business, resources and the general nature of deals.

Depends on what the conversation is about. The ring on my finger? (similar to the example above?) No-no. The weather, because it is summer and hot? Ok. Just banter. The crowded store and the fact that I had to stand in line 5 minutes? (&quo

Another data point to imagine the depth: USS Thresher imploded at a depth of 1,300–2,000 ft. The implosion took 0.1 seconds. That was a ship of ~3500 short tons of mass. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Thresher_%28SSN-
