Well I hate to see any features shut down even if the alternative means "unsupported operation"... Opera has been doing that a -lot-, the biggest cases being Unite and soon Link. One thing though: >Meanwhile, our XMPP service i

This is why I like Flash. It's easy (at least with Opera) to make Flash elements "click to play". It's not like that by default, because it makes some sites barely usable.

Oh, I thought all of Europe has that tax imbalance. Good to know there's some sense left somewhere.

As far as interior or the last generations goes, I agree. Glossy touch-only iPhonization is disgusting. Then again, I hate most newest modern interiors, including that of 3 Series. However, previous generation of CTS has one of the best int

Well, downsizing is a lot to blame I guess. Still though, I think it has (at best) a 3L turbo-charged engine, which is weaker than Cadillac's NA 3.6L engine (which isn't available in Europe though).

>best-in-class Have you seen the latest trends of BMW? The way how they're going downhill and how Cadillac and their "sport-luxury" sedans are catching up makes me feel like the perception of BMW is an anachronism.

I agree that the site isn't great, but I'd still call that above average, especially nowadays. Load times are fine for me (using O12). Poor security? (other than not having two-step authentication) The rest of the things just come

Yes, it'll be great when all Flash advertisements with loud music become HTML5 ones and you'll need a 3rd party tool to block them. Absolutely the best thing along with killing off one of the most powerful and yet relatively easy

I will never understand the hatred towards Flash, especially considering a good browser can just block flash elements (please let's not call them "apps") in a click-to-play fashion...

People keep saying that there was spying going on from XP or Vista, but "spying" isn't a binary state. The amount of intended data-slurping has increased incomparably.

This is a question from someone rather ignorant, so please don't hit me: Why didn't the Bulldozer affect the programmers? It (or Piledriver) seems to be doing quite well in applications with good threading.
