I've seen similar stories before, and I'm wondering whether (some?) US pumps might work slower than ours? Or maybe it is just larger fuel tanks due to larger cars... Here in Finland typical pumps fuel 40 litres/min, i.e. 10.6

I think there are too many people that have no computer and no home internet (and just use the their phone for internet browsing) for that to happen, at least generally.

In Finland in 2019, 625000 used cars were sold vs. 114200 new car registrations. I believe these include both private and company cars, though. This would be 85% used cars, 15% new cars. The average age of a bought used car was 13.3 years.

They seem to have lied elsewhere like in store pages (per other HN comments), but the datasheets specifically only mention "Performance Class" being "5400 RPM Class", which may be misleading but is not a lie IMO.

I believe most people just don't notice the judder, and many of the rest don't care. E.g. it took a lot of convincing to get Google to add "use 50p output" to Chromecast settings years ago (and that didn't fix 24p o

You can use a Club3D CAC-1085 DP1.4-to-HDMI2.1 adapter to get 4k120 with current GPUs with LG 2019 OLED TVs. No VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) though, so I'm just waiting for new GPUs myself.

Practically all online VISA/MC card transactions at domestic online stores here in Finland are verified by 2-factor authentication using bank credentials (3dsecure etc.), it has been this way for over 10 years now.
