AFAIK the correct way to solve empty-package-received is contacting customer service: Help => Need more help? => Contact Us => Contact Us.
- stickfigure 6y agoThanks... the menu structure is somewhat different on the website, but I finally found it. I spent 20 mins looking for a way to contact someone before giving up, assuming it didn't exist.
