Maybe push the "shared pins" aspect? Let friends post up local restaurants they like, and then show which of your friends have been there recently, etc. The social aspects is something Latitude is missing. Something like Latitude-meets-Four

I don't know what it is about these clips, but they're so much more watchable than the real news clips on TV. I'd happily replace all our prime-time news with these videos!

You're absolutely correct. I'd do a screencast and try and push the word out more, but to be honest I feel "burned" by Google for scrapping it. When the Apache version comes out, i'll definitely be spreading the word (if it's as good as Wav

I spent a lot of my time on Wave spreading the word to colleagues and friends, and had a lot of them using it daily as well. I even had my work (large government agency) considering a dedicated Wave server after telling them it will be poss

I used it in replacement of Google Docs, instead of alongside it. Of course sometimes I had Google Docs I needed to reference, so i'd link them or embed them, but for the most part I did my writing of documents directly into Wave. I work ve

Very disappointed it's US only (but used to it lately, being Australian). I'm a heavy Google services user for work & personal (as i'm sure most people here are), and I start commuting 2hrs each way to work in a month, so something like

As someone who used Wave intensely (all day, nearly every day) from the day I got my invite, until the day they announced it was going to die, I couldn't be happier about this. Wave was invaluable to my daily business processes, working wit

This also doesn't get rid of Flash Cookies / LSO's. The wiping of LSO's badly needs to be part of standard browser functionality. When I click "Clear All History & Cookies" it should actually clear ALL history and cookies... not all loc

Nope, not US only. For Google Apps I always put: pub:"Google Inc." ... as the search term. Then you get a list of official Google Apps. It helps you find their apps that sometimes get lost among all the spam-apps using their keywords. (I'm

That, and the affiliate links. I share the same love/hate relationship with PayPal but the referrer links made the entire article stink of blogspam to me (even though I understand that wasn't the intention, it still "felt" like it to me).
