You pretty much can use it like that, can you not? I just use it like that and then use the tailored playlists for discovering new (and old) music.

This was my experience as well, I found a couple of really good playlists on Spotify but most are crap.

I'm not sure I understand the relevance? Neither are rust libraries.

This matches my experience, keyword based searches no longer provide anything of value, but natural language sentences lead to far better results.

It's mostly been 10MB apps, with games going larger and normal apps being significantly smaller.

Ive had performance issues with UIColour and NSColour in the past as well, specifically to do with colour space conversion in my case.

Why not a hundred dollar ssd and a drive upgrade kit for $50, so you can keep your current drive as well? Or fit a new 3TB drive while you're at it.

It does a lot more than lower brightness and cap clock speeds, it also disables night-shift and screws with all of the background process and predictive fetching, etc which the OS does.

Honestly, Chromes UI for lots of tabs sucks as well. Safari has multiple allowances for it and never shrinks tabs down into a tiny, useless state[1] nor does Safari have a tab limit. Frankly, Chrome sucks with a lot of tabs and sucks at con

For Zen, they don't have to be the best, just good enough. Frankly, for consumer Intel has been good enough since the 2600 days (except on the mobile front). So Zen should be fine in that market.

OSX was based on BSD, not open BSD to the best of my knowledge. They are siblings rather than parent child.

I have no doubt other universities offer this, but see if you can join a Universities library, for access to the papers?

Just as a point of interest, is there any limitation to supporting CUDA on AMD hardware (were this to be compiled with the AMDGPU backend)? With the obvious lack of libraries, etc.

But both speculative optimisation/specialisation and escape analysis can recover some of the benefits of those features, can they not? And I don't know if it is possible yet, but for Java 9 Graal is an extension onto of the JVM an

I'm fairly sure the reason we don't have a second USB C jack is because it would necessitate a second thunderbolt chipset (as I imagine they would want one on either side of the machine) and that is a problem on several fronts?
