The best way is to switch companies every 2/3 years. Also if you're working at what's called SSII, leave and find yourself a company that values Seniority. Most SSII don't value it.

There is a huge aftermarket for iOS Entreprise certificates. They either get stolen or attacker get their hands on the users credentials.
