The regulation says nothing about a cookie banner. Instead, it says companies cannot track you unless you give consent. If you don't like cookie banners, which are indeed really annoying, you should be turning your ire to the companies

Diablo 2 was actually programmed to run at 25 fps. Diablo 2: Resurrected allows you to switch between the new 4k60fps graphics and the original - it's fascinating to see the difference.

I don't know why you are being downvoted, but in my experience this is exactly right. The pain of adding third party C++ dependencies is undeniable, especially in a cross-platform manner. I've had the displeasure of maintaining th

Humans hallucinate information and often get things wrong in ways that have no grounding in auditable facts either. The fact that a textbox can do so many diverse tasks _well_, should give everyone pause. Here's a few things it was abl

The green party who was not in government and could not actually enact any legislation? No, it is not the green party who is at fault. This falls fully on the shoulders CDU who was in power for 16 years.

Scientist yes, in the same way that anyone who follows the scientific method can be a scientist. Professor however, no, except as a honorary title. I know exactly zero tenured professors who do not have a PhD.
