It's a negative for you, but not for me :) I guess that's why different editors exist.

I just can't see if ever taking off, if I'm honest. The people that use neo/vim are going to continue using it, even if Helix is better. The people who aren't yet using it will use vs-code and the few that do switch, wel

Not that I disagree with the general sentiment, but I'd be surprised if a National Museum of any country didn't have looted treasures. I'm not sure why the British are always singled out for this, and other countries convenie

Fair enough, it that case I agree completely :) Knowing my games are completely under my control is the greatest reason to use GoG.

Seriously? Obviously the problem isn't that they know the IMEI, it's that they now have an IMEI linked to a specific person along with your UDI, location, and phone number.

Yeah you are right, I didn't think about that.

UK tenant protections are not the greatest, but I wouldn't call them 'appalling'. However, this is talking about people who own their home but have a mortgage.

Thurday would probably be 'Þunor's Day' instead of Thor as it's Old English :)

But, you're the one wasting it, right? You have a huge monitor with one window open. I use a WM and very rarely have one window on a whole screen, because that would be a waste of screen. If that text was full width along your screen y

Sorry if I come across as a little rude here, but, it's never going to be the same. Never, ever. The problem is people keep using it as an excuse now, "well I'd be vegan if there was fake meat that tasted like the real deal&q

Holy shit I haven't watched Black Books in years, I absolutely loved that show. Hard disagree on the Peep Show, it's one of the greatest shows ever but I will admit I couldn't get through the first series for the longest time

Problem with videos is I have no idea how long someone has been playing the game. With Steam I can see the user has put in 400 hours or something so I can be fairly certain they have experience most of what the game has to offer. Also for o

I want to like GoG, and do buy games there, but the client sucks. It's hard to navigate and for some reason insists on showing me 500+ Steam games rather than my smaller GoG library. Also, none of my friends use it, so if I buy a game

It's very hard to comsume 600 calories an hour whilst long distance running. A good thing to aim for is 200 calories as that's probably about the max your body can digest whilst running. However, this guy is clearly superhuman so

This is not medical advice, and could even be wrong. However, I had a friend with with the same problem and he did have asthma. The thing that helped him the most was dialling it back completely. Run 1km, does that make you cough? Run 0.5km

Really? Nearly everyone I know is somewhat against the monarchy and think it should be abolished, but my parents are very pro-monarchy. The only thing my dad said was, "Did you hear the news? Very sad", and I said, "Yeah, ver

I'd like to try an Ergodox, but without the convex keys as I have with my Kinesis Advantage 2, I think I'd be back to getting wrist pain again. I would realllly like to try out the Kinesis 360 if it's ever sold outside of the

I'm also anti-monarchy, but if we had to have one, I'm glad it was her :) I've never met or didn't know her, but she came across as a good person and it's odd to know that she's gone.

I see what you mean, I guess my tolerance for panicking is quite high! It's been a shit show here since we left EU heh.

So, as I'm in the UK.. Why should I be panicking? Aside from ridiculous increases in energy costs, it's really not feeling any different.

I think I'm the same, I try not to list too much to stop spam. Professionally I do JavaScript/TypeScript and work with React so I write that. I do like having a 'Familiar' section where I list languages I like to dabble
