Yeah I learned this lesson the hard way when after a century ride, my left hand ring finger and pinky went numb for almost two days. Started making sure I had my elbows bent and used my core to keep myself more upright.

I love cycling with my apple watch, its actually the largest use case for owning one in my opinion. If I'm not exercising I don't wear it, I like getting the heart rate states synced to strava.

I first found Lex because he would interview really interesting technical people, like Jim Keller. Like you, I found Lex off-putting in that he will platform anyone, and then will just say Love will prevail, I think its incredibly naive.

That is true, I myself hadn't heard of Grand Seiko until I got into watches, I went to the Seiko museum in Tokyo and that was a really amazing experience.

its not Snowflake's fault their customers used weak passwords and no MFA. Not enforcing MFA does merit some blame on Snowflake, however, I still think its on the customer to secure your own environment.
